• School Adaptation Strategies: The inability to conduct physical classes made us innovate to ensure the learning process did not stop for our students. We started dissemination of online and offline worksheets, created a Youtube Channel, have been conducting classes in the villages and empowering parents to teach their kids at home. ​

• Formation of People's Team: A critical mass of people comprising stakeholders we are directly working with, came together in March-April 2020 as an immediate response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This was an organic culmination which has charted several tributaries of work. The women from this team who volunteered to bridge the urgent demand for face masks are a well formed tailoring unit today meeting the needs of their communities. Members have also started farming initiatives like mushroom cultivation and making organic pesticides for livelihood development.
